One Saturday while up in Calgary we drove to this really fun farmers market outside the city. It felt like a legit farmers market as we drove through 30 minutes of green fields to get there. While there I tried the MOST amazing goat cheese ever. Goat cheese? I don't eat a lot of goat cheese, but it was really that AMAZING!!! I tried to persuade my husband to try it so he could give me his sample too, but the woman was listening and he didn't pick up on my hint. Later in the week I drew this little sketch... I bet she gets a lot of yummy cheese! Goat cheese, who would've thought...

Goat cheese is my absolute favorite cheese! I love goat cheese like I love chocolate... and that's a lot! Have you tried the Chicken Bryan at Carrabas? Goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes... yum.
